Our Ethos for new developments in Spain is simple. Including a personal concierge, airport shuttles, luxury car rental delivered to your garage, food or grocery shopping before arrival, gardening, cleaning, invites to local VIP events such as Yacht weeks and Sky-bar launches and much more.  

This not only increases the value of your home, but increases your investment cashflow through short term renting. 

Currently HAVEN is only available to you when purchasing a Branded Residence from selected New build Projects. The aim is to be available in secondary markets by 2025.

No. If you are a HAVEN resident, all services is included as port of the HOA fee. If you would like to rent via HAVEN we retain 20% of the income to fully manage the bookings, marketing and maintenance. If you book a car or events, these costs are offered exclusively.

You can also use HAVEN credits to pay for extra services depending on how many months you have chosen to rent your property.
