Our organization started because of the limitations we experienced in the market when investing in housing in Spain.
Parham Sheibani, the Co-Founder and Owner of Metalux Property Global SLU had over 6 years of experience working with 14 national realty agencies in Scandinavia to help them improve their customer experience and overall business before starting his own and moving to Altea.
The extensive experience afforded to us by working with a wide network of international clients led our team to grow in the number of specialized in-house departments, and abroad offices.
Today we have 6 branches of service in our Alicante office with dedicated teams that work together from all around the world to create a seamless experience in any real estate venture ranging from Sales – Law – Marketing – Development Loans – Branded Management – to Immigration.
